Refund & Exchange

Exchanges & refunds are only eligible in case the item is faulty or wrong order. Provided that items are in their original labels and unused packaging. However, Damaged items not in their original packing with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

- You can check the item while the courier is on door, if you want to return it you can only do if the courier is still on door noting that shipping fees will be applied.

- Kindly check the size charts well before placing your order.
